Robotics and Embedded Systems

University of Arkansas at Little Rock

Program Description

UALR's Robotics and Embedded Systems program is a Working Group under the Applied Science Graduate Program. It is devoted to the investigation of mobile robotic problems. The emphasis areas of Engineering Science and Systems or Applied Computing support courses and research topics which can be pursued by members of the Robotics and Embedded Systems Working Group.

The Robotics and Embedded Systems Working Group draws faculty from the Departments of Applied Science, Computer Science, and Systems Engineering. It is an applied, interdisciplinary program. Students are expected to develop scientifically valid thesis topics and implement such topics in real hardware.

The Central Arkansas Mobile Robotics Consortium includes UALR's Robotics and Embedded Systems Working Group and faculty from Hendrix College.
